EAST YORKSHIRE Half Marathon Sunday 21 June |

ROAD CLOSURES & COURSE MAPSThe East Yorkshire Half Marathon & 10k at Burton Constable Hall that will be taking place on Sunday 21st June 2026. In light of this event, there will be traffic management procedures in place on the morning of the event. These procedures have been designed to offer minimal disruption and will be managed by an expert Traffic Management company that will reopen roads as soon as possible and provide appropriate diversions during disrupted times between 8:30am-12:30pm. The race has been designed as a single lap course so that roads can be reopened as the last runners pass by. Advanced warning signs will be in place two weeks prior to the event with contact information clearly displayed. If you will be expecting home-carers to visit your household on the morning of the event, then please get in contact with us by emailing north@runthrough.co.uk so we are able to create access contingency plans for you. Timings 08:30am – Road closures are implemented 09:00am – Race begins, runners leave Burton Constable Hall onto Burton Constable Road. 09:03am – Lead runners turn onto Engine Lane/Crook Lane. 09:10am – Lead runners turn onto West Newton Lane. 09:18am – Lead runners leave West Newton and turn right towards Marton. 09:27am – Lead runners turn onto Lambwath Lane at New Ellerby. 09:30am – Lead runners loop around Beverley Road & Hull Road to return to Lambwath Lane. 09:40am – Lead runners turn right onto Mulberry Lane/Langthorpe Road. 09:40am – Last runners reach West Newton Road. Engine Lane/Crook Lane can reopen. 09:45am – Lead runners turn onto Ellerby Road/Skirlaugh Road towards Old Ellerby. 09:52am – Lead runners turn onto Long Lane and then Jackey Lane. 10:00am – Last runners leave West Newton Road towards Marton. West Newton Road can reopen. 10:10am – Leaders finish the race at Burton Constable Hall 10:30am – Last runners reach Lambwath Lane. Marton can reopen. 11:10am – Last runners reach Mulberry Lane/Langthorpe Road. Lambwath Lane, Beverley Road and Hull Road can reopen. 11:30am – Last runners reach Ellerby Road/Skirlaugh Road. Mulberry Lane/Langthorpe Road can reopen. 12:00pm – Last runners reach Jackey Lane. Ellerby Road/Skirlaugh Road and Long Lane can reopen. 12:30pm – Last runners re-enter Burton Constable Hall to finish the race. All roads reopened.
